In search of Good Food-Udupi & Mangalore Part 3

Our stop at the gorgeous Malpe Beach is full of surprises peaceful and calm beach has a visitor 

The only cat i ever saw with 2 different colored eyes.We were left wondering..Magic of God's pallette

We then head to Mangalore the Ice-cream town, to visit the famous St. Aloysius Church.
Built by Jesuit Missionaies in 1880.Its interiors painted by the Italian Jesuit Antonio Moscheni in 1899, during the Mangalore Mission in 1878. 

Pabba's is a place to be,and If u love Icecreams, this is the place to be..365 days an year!!
 Loved it truely! You do get a reason to smile in Mangalore all the day :)

Mangalore is truely a cosmo city where all religions co exist peacefully residing in the lovely scenary

We then move along this bustling town to visit the Mahamaya and Annadurge temples

Our last stop being the "Janata Delux(KS Rao Road)" for Patrode
Patrode (or pathrodopathrodepathrado) is a Malvani dish of the Konkan region of India. It is made from colocasia leaves (taro, kesuve or arbi) stuffed with rice flour and flavourings such as spices, tamarind, and jaggery

Next Morning we visited the New Tajmahal Cafe for breakfast to have the yummy biscuit roti,buns and 
Herbal Idli..courtesy Prabhu uncle..Thank u so much 
Our next stop is the local veggie market..

Rain pours incessastanly and we rush for a shelter discovering beautiful manglorean flower market

Our train journey ends but not without some spectacular green locales..

Adios Mangalore.. Our heart is full of fond memories of great food, icecreams and lovely people..
We will be back for more...

    Will definitely pay visit to Mangalore city soon. Though, being a budget traveller, i'll look for budget hotels in Mangalore. Keep blogging!!
