Home made French fries

This is the simplest way to make some good fresh and hot French fries.I am not making then from raw potatoes but instead from frozen French fries packs that we can easily get from the nearby store.
Believe me, you were like these a lot , more than the fries in any fast food joint.

The Ingredients

1. Frozen fries

2. Salt,Pepper to season and ketchup

The Steps

1. Defrost the fries and pr-heat the oven for 10 mins at 200 degrees Celsius.
When pre-heated then move the de-frosted fries in a tray into the oven. Keep the mode which heats the fries in an even fashion. It takes around 30 mins, ensure that the temperature is not too high ,else the fries will over-burn.

2. Season with Salt and pepper. Serve with ketchup or any dip
