Raita:Curd/Yogurt mixed with Vegetables,fruits etc. Seasoned with some mild spices and Salt.
1. Grated Zucchini or a cucumber
2. Plain yogurt/Curd(Rugpeinis, I prefer here in Lithuania)
3. Salt,Perpper and Jeera(Cumin) powder
1. Grate the zucchini
2. Mix it with Curd and water(if required)
Add the salt,peper and Cumin powder add let it refigerate. Serve cold with Indian bread or rice...
